Gifter.ly is a platform that allows brands to run influencer gifting social media campaigns easily and efficiently. The brands will offer free products and samples to influencers in exchange for the influencers posting about the gifts they receive on their social media channels. The brand will give a list of tasks they would like the influencers to do, for example, follow a certain account and make a post with certain #tags.

Gifter.ly is free for Influencers. You can join the platform for free and receive gifts and cash for free if the brand wants to work with you. You will have to complete tasks in exchange for the items you receive such as making a post on your Instagram account promoting the product.

Currently campaigns are invitation only. You will receive an invitation by DM to join a campaign and receive free items. We will soon also have a list of live campaigns that you can join.

1. You will receive an invitation link via DM from a brand that has seen your profile and would like to work with you.
2. Click the link or copy into your browser and then create your account by either entering a username, password and country that you would like to use, or by using the Facebook or Google signup buttons.
3. On the next screen enter your delivery address where you would like to receive the free gift. Please be sure to enter correctly as this is the address the brand will send the gift to.
4. Select the gift you would like to receive from the available options.
5. Agree to the terms and conditions.
6. Connect your Instagram account. It is important that this is done so that the brand can see your profile. If you do not connect your Instagram account the brand will not send the gift until done.
7. The details will now be sent to the brand and they will post the gift directly to you. Once they have posted to you the status will change from pending postage and you will be able to view the tracking number.
8. You will see on the campaign list there is a list of tasks that the brand has requested you to complete such as follow them and making a post on your channel. As you complete each task please tick each box on the task list to confirm it has been done and click the update button to save. Please also enter the media URL with a direct link to the post(s) you have created. Once all the tasks have been ticked off and the URL(s) entered then reload the page and the status will change to pending completion. This will notify the brand that all the tasks have been completed so they can check it. Once they have checked it they will confirm complete and the status will change to complete.
   
   
9. If there is a problem with the gift like you do not receive it or it does not fit then please use the request button to notify the brand so that they can resolve it.

Go to the Campaigns tab on the Gifter.ly platform and press the “Report Product Issue” button to report the issue to the brand. They will then resolve it by for example sending a replacement product.

Go to the campaign list in your dashboard and click the contact button next to the campaign of the brand you would like to contact.
